Terms of Use for applesons.garden

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern how you use applesons.garden and the services Applesons Tree Service offers through it. Using the website, calling the number on it or sending a form means you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Applesons Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

Information Is Not Professional Advice

Content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@applesons.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Applesons Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and within it Applesons Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this website. That also covers any provider's services and any agreement between you and a provider. The website is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
